1. What defines these conditions ?

The offer is aimed to the consumers in a family context, but it can be exceptionally carried out under a professional occupation under conditions equivalent to family use and not eligible for any compensation in special cases partial or total suspension of activities.

2. What is the perimeter of the extended warranty ?
Extended warranties are valid on products shipped and sold by Underwater camera.
2.1 :Digital cameras, lights, flash lights and diving .
· The breakdown diagnosis
· The workshop repair or exchange.
2.2 : Replacement
If the product cannot be repaired and that an exchange is necessary, the replacement hardware has functionality equivalent to or above the original functionality.
The replacement equipment will be new or refurbished by our service provider from any intervention.
To select the substitute will be taken into account the technical characteristics.
The replacement equipment will have the same conditions and same guarantee of the replaced device
Only technical assistance is authorized to decide on the nature of the intervention and in particular the achievement of the exchange. In the case of the exchange, the defective product becomes the property of technical assistance: it is the client to make available.
3. What are the costs of the intervention ?
3.1 : The case of digital cameras, lamps, lights and diving flash.
In any event, the extended warranty covers parts and labor.
It is always at your expenses to send the returning packages back to us. Those returning packages are being assumed by Underwater camera when we send the new or repared device.

4. What is the geographical boundary of the extended warranty ?
4.1 :The area covered: United Kingdom and Ireland .
5. How long is the coverage ?
5.1 : Overview duration extension
Digital cameras, lights, flash lights and diving.
You can enjoy an extended warranty from 24 to 48 months compared to the manufacturer's warranty.
5.2 : Start date of coverage
Coverage begins the first day following the end of the contractual guarantee of the product purchased and ends either 24 months or 48 months depending on the option purchased.
The invoice date of the new equipment will prevail.
6. What response time ?
6.1 : Principle
Response times shown are those applicable at the checkout.
Like any service provider on electronic equipment, technicians will make their best efforts to remedy the failure complained of, but we cannot guarantee an outcome, particularly in terms of time.
6.2 : Confirmation
You will receive within 7 days for a response from our service provider from reporting failure you make, subject to the availability of its technical staff and spare parts.
7. What are the reserves and cautions to take ?
7.1 : In general, the extended warranty covers only equipment and genuine parts for all brands .

7.2 : Specifically, the extended warranty cannot be implemented if :

* From Improper installation of equipment,
* Failure to follow instructions from the manual of the equipment (and generally the fault not covered under the manufacturer warranty) ,
* In addition peripheral devices, software components or non-original or compatible,

8. How to enable the extension ?

The registration of collateral and the entitlement to the technical assistance will be made at time of purchase.
Please keep your bills and subscription acquisition, because, in a process of verification, technical assistance will ask for notice.
8.2 :The purpose of the extension enabled
The extended warranty covers the product and does not attach to the subscriber. In case of transfer or transmission of the product to a third party, we thank you for the report to the customer service for details of the registration form where it should be amended accordingly.
Thank you also tell us whether the covered product will be stored at your home address or in a secondary location (especially in view of possible physical intervention).
9. Rappels de prudence

10. Imprint
